This December, we’re spreading joy, celebrating the spirit of giving, and creating unforgettable memories for the whole family. There’s something for everyone to enjoy this holiday season with exciting Christmas activities, heartwarming initiatives and, of course, a sprinkle of merry magic everywhere.
Here’s a tase of what you can look to at Mall of the North this month:
Magical memories with Santa
Santa Claus is coming to town! From 16 – 24 December, visit our Merry Moments Photo Booth for your chance to meet Santa and capture those picture-perfect festive memories. This is an experience that will leave everyone smiling so be sure not to miss it.
Wrap up the season with Santa Paws
Make your holiday giving go even further with our Santa Paws Gift Wrapping Service. From 14 – 24 December in the Food Court, we’ll handle your gift wrapping for a minimum donation of R50. All proceeds will go to the Polokwane SPCA, helping them continue their incredible work for animals in need and difference for our four-legged friends.
Cooking fun for little chefs
For aspiring young chefs, Moana’s Island Kitchen is the place to be. From 16 – 24 December in the Food Court, little ones can participate in hands-on cooking activities inspired by Moana’s tropical island flavours.
Spark joy with Our Disney charity tree
Join us in supporting the Reach for a Dream Foundation by visiting our enchanting Disney Charity Christmas Tree in the Food Court. For a R50 donation, you’ll not only be helping make dreams come true but also stand a chance to win one of four R5,000 PEP vouchers. Every ornament on the tree represents hope, generosity, and the magic of the season.
Festive competitions
The holiday season is all about fun, and we’ve got two exciting competitions to add to your festive cheer:
1) Spot the Elf. Spend R350 or more, hunt for the mischievous Elf in one of our Christmas trees, and enter to win a R2,500 Mall of the North gift card. All you need to do is submit your receipt and Elf’s hiding spot to Santa’s Post Box in the Food Court. Competition ends 24 December.
2) Win a Disney Hamper. Snap a selfie with our Disney Charity Tree, post it in the comments on our social media post, and tag a friend for a chance to win a Disney Hamper worth R3,000 filled with magical goodies.
