Spring is (finally!) in the air and we’re excited to celebrate a season of new moments right here at Mall of the North. As we shake off the last of winter, we’re blooming with a whole bunch of exciting events and family fun that make this September something special.
United in diversity
This Heritage Day, 24 September, we celebrate the richness of South Africa’s cultures, traditions, and shared values. At Mall of the North, we’ll be marking the occasion in a meaningful way by planting a Coral Tree as a symbol of growth and community. It’s a small act with lasting roots and our way of honouring the diversity that unites us all. honouring the diversity that connects us all.
We invite you to stop by and reflect on what Heritage Day means to you. Whether you’re dressed in your traditional best, enjoying a family braai, or exploring local flavours in our food court, this is a day to be proudly South African.
We’ll also be supporting a worthy cause by raising awareness and funds for children with cancer through cupcakes. Every sweet treat helps fund medical care and support for little fighters, and every small act of kindness makes a big difference.

Get ready for smiles hug attacks because Gabby’s Dollhouse arrives at Ster-Kinekor on 26 September. This feel-good family film is perfect for little ones who love adventure and a sprinkle of magic.
